At Nauraya, we follow strict quality control standards. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- The claim is supported with clear photos and a valid order number
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Conditions
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
- A return shipping fee of Rs. 500 will be borne by the customer
- This policy applies to all items, including sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted
