Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. Simply place your order online and pay in cash at the time of delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and operational conditions.
Are the colors and fabric the same as shown in pictures?
We make every effort to display accurate colors and fabric details on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Such minor differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After verification, you may choose a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Conditions:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return shipping fee of Rs. 500 will be charged to the customer
• Policy applies to all items, including sale items
• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted
